We released an anaerobic processed El Salvador that has been aged in bourbon barrels sourced from Revivalists Spirits. We then roasted allowing the coffee to absorb the moisture in the wood.
The finished coffee retains sweet and fruity notes while having the aromatic of a craft 4 year aged bourbon.
