Orders

Our roasting facility is open Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All coffee orders are freshly roasted-to-order, meaning we roast and ship out on the following day.
If your order is submitted before 4:00 p.m. ET, it will be roasted and shipped the next business day.
If your order is submitted after 4:00 p.m. ET, it will be roasted and shipped two business days later.
The exception is if you you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will roast and ship on Monday.

We’re unable to adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please triple-check your address, order, quantity, and billing details.
If there is an issue, please contact us at hello@collectivecoffeeco.com as soon as possible, and we will help to resolve the issue.

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.
However, if you have any issues with your coffee or errors in your order, please contact us at hello@collectivecoffeeco.com. We will absolutely make sure that you are taken care of.

Shipping

We are currently offering a flat rate of $8/shipping for up to your first 2 retail bags of coffee.
Shipping for larger orders are scaled based on weight. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday.

Our roastery is located just outside of Philadelphia. Estimated ground shipping zones are as follows.
One Day: Philadelphia and surrounding area including NJ, lower NY, lower CT, DE, upper WV and upper VA.
Two Days: East coast and midwest from MN, IA, IL, KY, TN and AL
Three Days: MT, CO, AZ, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO, AR, LA and MS
Four + Days: West coast and western CO and TX
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a follow-up email with tracking information. This tracking will provide a more precise transit time.
